Dorothy Bodoin lives in Royal Oak, Michigan, with her collie, Wolf Manor Kinder Brightstar, who provides inspiration for the collie characters in her books.  A graduate of Oakland University with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in English, she writes cozy mysteries and novels of romantic suspense.  Previously, she worked as a secretary in Italy for two years and as a teacher of secondary English in the Michigan public schools.  She is a member of Sisters in Crime.
