Getting over the loss of a loved one can hinder new relationships. Lindsey must come to terms with the fact that her husband Michael may never be found and that being around Samuel completely invigorates her. Samuel has to learn all over again how to let someone into his heart. He is so protective of Lindsey that it made my heart fill to bursting. Ms. Rochester is on the right track with this book; it shows good and evil against all odds. I was completely hooked from the beginning and could not put it down.
